Your data, your system of record
Elara writes calls into the software you already run. We don't create a parallel database for you to manage, and we're read-only on financial balances. Your software stays the source of truth.
Handling & retention
Call data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to what's needed to run the service, and information is retained only as long as needed to operate and meet legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified.
Recording & consent
Every call opens by disclosing that the caller is speaking with an automated assistant and that the call is recorded. That's the standard the strictest all-party-consent states require, applied on every call.
Subprocessors
We share data only with the vetted providers needed to run the service (telephony, messaging, database, and hosting), under contracts that limit them to serving us, never their own marketing.
Fair housing
Elara is configured to handle leasing and resident calls consistently, follows your scripts and rules, and routes anything sensitive to your team. You stay responsible for your fair-housing obligations; Elara is built to support them.
Bilingual by default
Elara answers in English and Spanish on the same line, so residents and prospects are understood on the first call, without a separate number or a language line.
